Daniel (Dan) R. O'Shea has always been drawn to the concept of business optimization, inspired by the life of Frank Gilbreth and his work in 'Cheaper by the Dozen.' Pursuing this passion, Dan earned a Master of Science in Finance from Northeastern University and is a member of Mensa, recognizing his analytical skills. With over 15 years in accounting and experience in CFO and COO roles across various sectors, Dan founded O'Shea Business Services and Bluprint LLC, providing tailored CFO/COO services and operational audits to small and mid-sized businesses.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dan is an enthusiastic traveler, outdoor adventurer, musician, and writer, with a particular passion for literature that led to authoring an epic fantasy novel. At Bluprint LLC, his commitment to operational efficiency and broad expertise play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional value and supporting clients in achieving sustainable growth.
